ST. PAUL, MN - Today Governor Mark Dayton announced the appointment of Gloria LaFriniere to the State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind. Ms. LaFriniere is replacing Connie Lee Berg and her term will be effective on April 8, 2014 and run through January 2, 2017.
