Governor Dayton Signs MNLARS Funding Transfer Into Law

ST. PAUL, MN – Governor Mark Dayton today signed Chapter 101, SF 3133 into law. This bill approves the transfer of funds from an existing Driver and Vehicle Services account to support essential improvements to the Minnesota License and Registration System (MNLARS).
