Statement from Governor Dayton on Drop in Uninsured Rate in Minnesota

ST. PAUL, MN - Governor Mark Dayton released the following statement today, following the release of data from the U.S. Census Bureau that showed Minnesota with an uninsured rate of 5.9 percent - a record low.

"This dramatic drop in the number of Minnesotans without health insurance is an indisputable success of MNsure and the Affordable Care Act. It means better, more affordable health care for them and their families, and lower, indirect health care costs for everyone else."
