Governor Dayton Honors Corporal Andrew Charles Wilfahrt

St. Paul, MN - Governor Mark Dayton has signed a proclamation ordering all flags at state and federal buildings in Minnesota be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, March 5, 2011 in honor and remembrance of Corporal Andrew Charles Wilfahrt of Rosemount, Minnesota.

This proclamation is in recognition of Corporal Andrew Charles Wilfahrt's dedicated service to and sacrifice for his fellow citizens of Minnesota and the United States of America.
