ST. PAUL, MN - On Saturday, July 20, Lieutenant Governor Yvonne Prettner Solon and members of a Minnesota delegation will be traveling to Berlin, Germany. The Minnesota delegation is comprised of individuals representing government, the energy industry, renewable energy non-profits, and higher education.
