Governor Mark Dayton orders flags flown at half-staff in honor of the victims of the tragedy in Roseburg, Oregon

ST. PAUL, MN - In accordance with the proclamation issued by President Barack Obama, Governor Mark Dayton has ordered all United States flags and Minnesota flags to be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota on Tuesday, October 6, sunrise to sunset, in honor of the victims of the tragedy in Roseburg, Oregon.

On Thursday, October 1, 2015, a terrible act of violence was committed against innocent students and faculty in Roseburg, Oregon, and the victims and their families deserve our honor, respect, and remembrance.
