ST. PAUL, MN - As a sign of respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence that was committed against innocent men, women, and children in Boston, Massachusetts, Governor Mark Dayton has signed a proclamation ordering all flags to be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota from today, Tuesday, April 16, 2013, until sunset on Saturday, April 20, 2013, in memory of the victims of this tragedy.
