ST. PAUL, MN - Today Governor Mark Dayton announced his notice of intent to appoint Marie McCarthy to the Metropolitan Council. Ms. McCarthy will replace John Doan as the District 10 representative. Ms. McCarthy's term will be effective on November 30, 2013 and extend through January 5, 2015.
