ST. PAUL, MN - Today Governor Mark Dayton announced the appointment of Anthony 'Tony' Sertich to the Seaway Port Authority of Duluth. Tony Sertich will replace Lowell Hellervik. Sertich's term will begin on February 25, 2013 and extend through January 7, 2019.
