    Governor Dayton Issues Emergency Executive Order 16-04

    ST. PAUL, MN – Today, Governor Mark Dayton issued Emergency Executive Order 16-04, directing the Minnesota National Guard’s Adjutant General to provide personnel and equipment for Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant safety drills and exercises.
