ST. PAUL, MN - Yesterday, March 21, 2013, Governor Mark Dayton signed one bill into law:
Chapter 10, House File 87: Affidavit of survivorship and release or partial release of mortgage lien provided; interested in registered land after resignation claimed; technical and conforming changes made.
This bill passed the State Legislature with broad bipartisan support.
