Saint Paul - Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed Chapter 151, House File 1384 into law, amending Minnesota's Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act by changing the statute of limitations for clawbacks of fraudulent transfers to charitable organizations from six years to two years.
