    Notice of Appointment by Governor Dayton

    ST. PAUL, MN - Today Governor Mark Dayton announced the appointment of Kenneth Kirkpatrick to the Board of Barber Examiners. Kenneth Kirkpatrick will replace Frank Plant. Kenneth Kirkpatrick's term will begin on March 11, 2013 and extend through January 2, 2017.
