Executive Order Amends EO 14-04 to Include Transport of Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Ethanol, and Biodiesel

ST. PAUL, MN - Yesterday, to help improve the transport of propane and other heating fuels across the state, Governor Mark Dayton issued Emergency Executive Order 14-04, extending relief from regulations to motor carriers and drivers operating in the State of Minnesota. Today, Governor Dayton issued Emergency Executive Order 14-05, amending yesterday's order to include the transport of gasoline, diesel fuel, ethanol, and biodiesel.
