ST. PAUL, MN – Today, Governor Mark Dayton vetoed the following five bills:

·         Chapter 63, SF 803: This is the omnibus public safety and judiciary finance bill. To read Governor Dayton’s veto letter, click here.

 

·         Chapter 64, SF 1937: This is the omnibus jobs and energy finance bill. To read Governor Dayton’s veto letter, click here.

 

·         Chapter 65, SF 2214: This is the omnibus higher education finance bill. To read Governor Dayton’s veto letter, click here.

The bills arrived to the Office of the Governor at 6:37pm. At 7:05pm, Governor Dayton was presented with the bills, and signed veto letters for the five bills. At 7:38pm and 7:44pm, the bills were returned to the Secretary of the Senate's Office and the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives' Office, respectively.
