St. Paul - In honor and remembrance of Justice Rosalie Wahl, Governor Mark Dayton has signed a proclamation declaring tomorrow, "Rosalie Wahl Day," and ordering all flags be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in Minnesota from sunrise until sunset on Saturday, September 21, 2013.
