ST. PAUL, MN – In accordance with the proclamation issued this morning by President Barack Obama, Governor Mark Dayton has ordered all United States flags and Minnesota flags be immediately flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota, in honor and remembrance of Former First Lady Nancy Reagan. Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of internment.
