ST. PAUL, MN – Governor Mark Dayton today issued Emergency Executive Order 18-05, which provides temporary relief from seasonal load restrictions in portions of southern Minnesota and the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area to vehicles used to pump or transport septic sewage. Governor Dayton’s order is necessary to facilitate emergency septic system pumping and avoid damage to septic systems.
