Governor Dayton joins in AG Swanson’s Motion to Dismiss

This morning, the Governor joined the Attorney General in her Motion to Dismiss Petition for Writ of Quo Warranto in the case of Limmer v. Swanson, filed with the Minnesota State Supreme Court. The Motion was filed with the Supreme Court this morning.
