ST. PAUL, MN - Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed Emergency Executive Order 13-06, delivering assistance to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, by the Adjutant General of Minnesota, for support for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Drill and Exercise and Wabasha Reception Center Drill Exercise.
