Governor Dayton signs Chapters 46 through 48

Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed three bills into law:

Chapter 46, Senate File 843: Relating to local government; authorizing publication of advertisements for competitive bids in a recognized industry trade journal; requiring a report;
Chapter 47, House File 1400: Relating to public safety; modifying certain provisions regarding domestic abuse; and
Chapter 48, Senate File 380: Relating to workforce development; adding a representative from adult basic education programs to the Workforce Development Council.
