ST. PAUL, MN - Governor Mark Dayton issued this statement today, following a fatal accident on the site of an ongoing excavation project in downtown St. Paul.
"I was deeply saddened by this morning's tragic accident in St. Paul. All Minnesotans share my grief for John Valek's loss, and we extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and co-workers."
