“For the past five years, Chancellor Steven Rosenstone has led an important transition at the Minnesota State College and University System – from serving the traditional 19-year-old college student to also assisting Minnesotans seeking to update their skills or train for a second career. This legacy will benefit generations of Minnesota students. I commend Chancellor Rosenstone on his service.”
