Governor Dayton Signs Nine Bills into Law

ST. PAUL, MN – Governor Mark Dayton today signed nine bills into law.
Chapter 56, SF 482: This bill makes technical changes to the Medical Practices Act.
Chapter 57, SF 527: This bill makes technical changes to the Nurse Practices Act.
Chapter 58, SF 1353: This bill sets requirements for the practice of telemedicine.
Chapter 59, SF 1844: This bill makes technical changes to add advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants to certain statutes.
Chapter 60, HF 1702: This bill requires children aged ten and older to be informed of the right to counsel.
Chapter 61, HF 2174: This bill authorizes Ramsey County to select positions for a supported work program.
Chapter 68 SF 1457: This bill makes clarifying and technical changes to labor and industry laws.
Chapter 69 HF 326: This bill names a segment of Trunk Highway 23 in the city and town of Paynesville as Medal of Honor recipient Kenneth L. Olson Highway.
Chapter 70 HF 745: This bill names the bridge over U.S. Highway 52 in the city of Coates as Corporal Benjamin S. Kopp Bridge.
