    Executive Order exempts drivers providing utility support from hours-of-service restrictions
     
    ST. PAUL, MN – Due to recent severe storms in Minnesota causing widespread power outages, Governor Mark Dayton today issued /governor/assets/EO_16_05_tcm1055-248693.pdfEmergency Executive Order 16-05. The order exempts drivers who are providing utility support from hours-of-service restrictions on state and local highways and streets.
