ST. PAUL, MN - Today, former Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Rosalie Wahl passed away at the age of 88. Justice Wahl was the first woman to serve on the Minnesota Supreme Court. On the news of her passing, Governor Mark Dayton released the following statement.
"Justice Wahl overcame barriers throughout her life to achieve remarkable success. She was the first woman to be appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court, where she served with great distinction for 17 years. Minnesota owes Justice Wahl a great debt of gratitude for her exceptional service. Our thoughts are with her family during this difficult time."
