Today, Governor Mark Dayton issued Emergency Executive Order 11-24 to provide assistance for search and rescue efforts following an incident on August 2, 2011, when a 13 year-old boy was swept away by raging waters at a swimming area known as The Deeps within the Lester River Basin.
