Governor Dayton Signs Chapters 26-28

Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed three bills into law:

Chapter 26, Senate File 359: Relating to state government; designating the month of April as Genocide Awareness and Prevention Month; and

Chapter 27, House File 748: Relating to employment; modifying prompt payment of wages requirements; modifying penalties; and

Chapter 28, House File 283: Relating to evidence; limiting availability of certain evidence arising from a collaborative law process.
