    St. Paul-Today Governor Mark Dayton announced the following appointments to the Commission of Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing Minnesotans, Council on Black Minnesotans, and the Pollution Control Agency Citizens' Board.

    Term Expires: January 5, 2015
    Replacing: Thomas Anderson
