As you may have heard, the State Capitol
has been undergoing a restoration to restore the historic building to its original vision, update its electrical and mechanical infrastructure, and ensure it is prepared to serve generations of Minnesotans for the next 100 years.
During that restoration, the Governor’s Office temporarily moved to the Veterans Service Building on the Capitol Mall. Now, after about two years, the restoration is nearly complete and will open for the 2017 legislative session. While some construction continues, the Governor is moving back into the historic Governor's Office inside the State Capitol.
Whether you’d like to see the State Capitol building restoration, share your thoughts, or ask a question, here’s how to reach the Governor’s Office in the next few weeks, and going forward.
