Indicator 9: 11th Grade Math


Rationale: Minnesotans value an educated citizenry, well prepared for work and for participation in democracy and community life. Math skills are required for many jobs and for admission to many colleges and universities.
About this indicator: The percentage of students meeting or exceeding 11th grade math standards grew from 29.8 percent in 2006 to 43.2 percent in 2010.
