Saint Paul – The following is a statement from Brian McClung, Director of Communications for Governor Tim Pawlenty, regarding today’s meeting of the Transportation Contingent Appropriations Group:

“This should be a great opportunity to work together on a bipartisan basis and we hope these legislators will join us for the good of Minnesota. We have the money to cash flow the bridge reconstruction but we need the legal authority to spend it so the bridge doesn’t disrupt other projects. We continue to await their action.”
