~ Governor Pawlenty’s Director of Communications, Brian McClung, statement regarding the U.S. Supreme Court's H.I.F. decision ~

The following is a statement from Brian McClung, Director of Communications for Governor Tim Pawlenty, regarding the U.S. Supreme Court's decision not to hear Philip Morris’ challenge to the Health Impact Fee:

"The U.S. Supreme Court's decision was expected and proper. In legal terms: case closed."
