Saint Paul – The Commission on Judicial Selection today announced that applications are now being accepted for a trial court bench vacancy in the Fourth Judicial District in Hennepin County.  The vacancy occurred with the retirement of the Honorable H. Peter Albrecht on December 31, 2009.
