“The Metropolitan Council is focused on working collaboratively with local communities, ensuring the efficient use of our regional systems and being accountable for results. In addition to these performance indicators for our agency, the Council has benchmarks to measure the progress of our region in achieving the goals of our 2030 Regional Development Framework. We recognize that our success hinges upon achieving the cooperation of our regional partners and allowing market forces to respond to changing needs.”
