If you wish to testify, email mitch.berggren@mnsenate.gov. Provide the hearing date, your name, organization, title, which agenda item you wish to testify to, and if you wish to participate in person or via Zoom by noon, Monday, February 23. If you are testifying via zoom please provide your email address. Senator Rest may limit the number of testifiers for a specific report. Priority will be given to testifiers in person.
If you have handouts for the Committee, the report name or senate file number must be listed first in the electronic attachment title, an electronic copy must be emailed to Mitch Berggren and 30 hard copies must be delivered to Capitol 328 by noon, Monday, February 23.
No materials or testifier’s names will be accepted after the noon deadline.
No food or drink is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.
No private video or photography is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.
Registered lobbyists and State Agency staff may not testify via Zoom.
