* HF4560 (Acomb) - Technical and clarifying changes to statutes related to Public Utilities Commission made.
* HF4559 (Acomb) - Commissioner of commerce's ability to enter into energy research partnerships or compacts expanded, energy security planning provided, and various energy-related grant programs extended and modified.
* HF2317 (Kraft) - Wastewater treatment facility heat capture pilot program funding provided, and money appropriated.
* HF3179 (Jones) - Certain buildings required to meet energy performance standards, reports required, and money appropriated.
HF4880 (Acomb) - Solar Energy Protection Act established relating to the sale of solar energy systems.
HF2862 (Acomb) - Data Center permitting and environmental review
HF4374 (Acomb) Use of certain money provided to the Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority clarified.

*House Files 4560, 4559, 2137, and 3179 are being rescheduled from the April 7th meeting. Letters already submitted will be included in packets. Testifiers who already signed up will continue to be signed up.

Written testimony is preferred and will be accepted after the deadline, but may not be printed. In-person testimony may be limited due to committee time constraints.
