Agenda:

HF3935 (Klevorn); Policies and procedures required at assisted living facilities modified, and training requirements for unlicensed personnel at assisted living facilities modified.

HF2216 (Moller); Conditions for admission to or continued residence in certain facilities prohibited, review and approval of increases in amounts charged by assisted living facilities required, termination or nonrenewal of assisted living contracts on certain grounds prohibited, and arbitration in assisted living contracts governing provisions modified.

HF4354 (Frederick); Direct Care and Treatment data requirements modified, classification for employees established, patient consent procedures modified, voluntary patient transfer procedures modified, and technical corrections made.
The plan is to amend this bill with every DHS policy bill and have a full discussion. DHS policy bills have been posted to the website.

HF4210 (Fischer); Senior nutrition programs modified.

HF4212 (Virnig); Access to certain information allowed, references to chapter 144D removed, documentation on use of patient restraints required, and change of ownership provisions clarified.

TESTIMONY AND MATERIALS SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Individuals wishing to testify or submit written testimony or handouts for the hearing must email the committee administrator, Simon Brown (simon.brown@house.mn.gov) by 12 p.m. (noon) the day prior to the hearing. Required testimony information includes name, organization and title (if applicable), email, phone number, and position on the bill. Handouts must be in PDF format with OCR capability.
