III. HF3682 (Nash) Grantee fraud risk rating system and corresponding grants management criteria required.

IV. HF3826 (Witte) - Definition of identity modified for purposes of identity theft crime, authority of financial crimes and fraud section of Bureau of Criminal Apprehension expanded, changes to administrative subpoenas made, and statutes of limitation altered.

V. HF3990 (Novotny) - Provisions for employment or occupation due to conviction of a crime changed.

VI. HF3563 (Anderson) - Licensing boards required to take action against a license or application when a licensee or applicant is convicted of certain theft or fraud offenses.

VII. HF3674 (Kresha) - Attorney general's duty to represent certain utility customers in matters before the Public Utilities Commission and in federal proceedings repealed, and conforming statutory change made.

VIII. HF4259 (Torkelson) Number of members of the house of representative and the senate modified.

Witte
Identity theft crime; definitions modified and added, attorney general and county attorneys provided with additional subpoena authority, and statutes of limitation altered for fraud-related offenses.
Novotny
Public safety; policy provided for public safety, correctional facilities, investigations, Department of Public Safety data, controlled substances, crime victims, orders for protection, private detective and protective agent licensure, employment disqualifications, sentence adjustments, expungement relief, domestic abuse-related crimes and data, use of chemical irritants, crimes of coercion, retail theft, identity theft, and fraud; reimbursements provided; "battered women" term replaced in statute where it appears; criminal penalties provided; reports required; and rulemaking required.
Anderson
